Is DYM Reserve coal-free?
Coal-free electric heating is our standard: no coal, no open flame, no ash, and no guest hot-coal handling. Classic coal service is available upon request at no additional charge, subject to venue approval and applicable requirements.
What does every event experience include?
A professional DYM specialist, unlimited flavors and refills, all equipment, setup and breakdown, and travel within 50 miles. Every experience is tended for the booked service period.
Can I add hookahs or extend the event?
Yes. Additional hookahs are $150 each for the booked event period, and each additional hour is $200. Orders over 10 hookahs require custom staffing.
How does booking work?
A 50% retainer secures the date. We then coordinate styling, flavor direction, access, and service logistics with you, your planner, or the venue.
Where do you operate?
DYM Reserve is based in Brooklyn and serves New York and destination events by arrangement. Travel within 50 miles is included; travel beyond 50 miles is $200 unless a custom destination proposal states otherwise.
Are you insured?
Yes. DYM Reserve is fully insured. A Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured documentation are available upon request for venue and planner review.
What is the age policy?
Service is strictly for verified guests age 21 and over. Every engagement is subject to applicable laws, venue approval, and DYM Reserve operating requirements.
